Oh, Canada! On July 1st, we revel in the glory of summer to celebrate our home and native land.

As one of Canada’s most iconic destinations, Whistler is the perfect place to spend Canada Day.

When & Where? Sunday, July 1st from 10am-11pm in the Whistler Village.

What to do? Enjoy street entertainment, arts and crafts, creative outfits, and happy vibes in the Village all day.

In the morning/afternoon: Check out the Whistler Farmer’s Market, running from 11am-4pm in the Upper Village, and make sure not to miss the Canada Day Parade, beginning at noon in the Olympic Plaza and travelling down the Village Stroll to Mountain Square. This year’s parade theme is The Great Canadian Campout. 

In the evening: Enjoy a beverage in the Olympic Plaza wine & beer garden (opening at 6pm), where the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra are giving a free performance starting at 8:30pm.
