Who For:  Glacier caves are formed by glacial melt water running through or under the glacier. The water often originates from the surface entering the glacier by crevasses or moulin and then finally exiting at ground level. Carving away at the ice as it goes. Please obey all ski patrol and mountain signs. Glacier are constantly shifting and the signs are there for your safety.

How Much: Free. You just need a Whistler Blackcomb lift pass to gain access to Blackcomb Glacier. The glacier cave is about two-thirds of the way down Blackcomb Glacier and can easily be seen from the run. Blackcomb Glacier is a black diamond area and intermediate skiing or riding ability is essential to get to the location.
