Starting out with their tiny bakery in Function Junction, Purebread has risen to legendary status with locals and visitors, alike. Purebread is notorious for baking delicious goods you just can’t say no to, and their family has now grown significantly to include a flagship store on the Whistler Village Stroll, their original Function Junction bakery, and stalls at 7 farmers markets. People have literally stopped in the middle of Highway 99 to pull over and ask me where Purebread is. It’s just that good.

Independently owned and part cafe, part co-working space, EightyOne is the newest addition to the Summit Lodge family. Stop by everyday from 7.30am for a selection of delicious breakfast, lunch, and snack plates all made on-site and from locally sourced and produced ingredients. They have a selection of vegan and vegetarian food and even the tables were made just up the road in Pemberton.

Started in Pemberton (40 mins north of Whistler) in 2007, by coffee geeks and mountain lovers, their obsession with making the best coffee helped them grow a core following of loyal fans from all over the Sea to Sky Corridor. And, after much demand, they opened a second location on Whistler’s Main Street in December 2012.
